Great location on a seafront promenade, close to bars, restaurants, and shops. Responsive host and a welcome gift of apricot marmalade. Regular boat to Thessaloniki center nearby. Nice balcony with a hanger for wet swimwear. Comfortable and clean apartment with cooking possibility. Incredible view.

had an amazing stay in perea! the location was perfect, right by the sea and close to bars and restaurants. the balcony had a beautiful view and the apartment had everything we needed. the host was responsive and even gave us a tasty welcome gift. highly recommend for a relaxing beach getaway.
Kitchen equipment was lacking.
